How do I
order items on this site? Simple! Just enter the
quantity you require in the box next to the item. Note: you will see the default
quantity as 1 this has no effect unless you retype the quantity & does not
mean you wish to buy 1 of every item on the site. (although our bank manager
would be very grateful!) Then just click on the shopping trolley to go to the
order area, you can either leave the item in your "basket" and keep shopping, or
proceed to the checkout. Try it out if you like, as long as you don't enter the
checkout or enter any credit card or personal details in the ordering section.
Details are only forwarded us after you have entered the checkout area
and completed the transaction.
I've never
used a credit card over the internet, how does it
work? Just the same as other methods you've
probably used, like touch-tone-phone transaction such as paying bills, or
giving your number over the phone. The details are transmitted by a secure
connection to the server (you will see a small padlock at the bottom of the
screen showing that you are in a secure site) we then collect the information,
processes the card details through our bank and your goods are despatched.
We do not keep any records of your credit card numbers, once the payment is
processed these details are destroyed.
I'd like to
buy the goods, but I don't have a credit card. Not a
problem, You can always complete the order, by entering your personal
information, without credit card details (a further step) and print out the
completed order and post it to us along with your cheque or money order. You can also direct deposit into our bank
account, details are provided when you select this option , you
will need to include the order number supplied at the checkout with your
payment. Postal Orders or

When will my order be
despatched? If you have paid by
credit card, we will ship your order as soon as we process payment. This will be
either the same or the next buisness day, if you are paying by cheque/money
order or direct deposit we will ship your order as soon as payment is cleared by
our bank, generally this is about 3-7 days. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery
via the postal network.
Prices:
All our prices are in Australian dollars (AU$)
and for sales to customers within Australia, include 10% GST,
International prices are also in Australian dollars however no GST is
applicable.
Freight: Domestic freight is sent within
Australia by Australia Post & is charged on a value of order before GST
basis. From $0 to $30 is $5.00. from $31 to $100 is $9.00 For orders above $100
we will send you a fixed freight cost by Email for your approval before
processing your payment or shipping your order.
International freight is sent via air
mail, if you would prefer a different method, please note your
requirements in the special instruction field at the checkout. We will advise
you of any extra charges for your prefered shipping method before we process
your order. Note: all prices quoted are in Australian dollars & are
subject to change without notice.
Warranties:
All
products manufactured by Renegade Pet Supplies are guaranteed against faulty
workmanship & materials for a period of twelve (12) months from
date of sale. We will not recognise claims for damage caused by abrasion,
chewing, action of chemicals or damage caused by use of the product for any
other purpose other than for what it was designed. Our limit of warranty is
to replace the goods only.
I've just received my order
& have realised that I've ordered the wrong
size: No problems, as long as you notify us within 48
hrs of receiving your order & the original packaging is still intact, we
will gladly exchange for the correct size. All we ask is that you pay the
difference (if any) in the price & all freight charges.
Returns: If
you aren't happy with the item(s) that you have purchased we will gladly
exchange for another item. However we will not refund if you simply change your
mind. All we ask is that you pay the difference (if any) in the price & all
freight charges.
Privacy: We respect your privacy, we do
not keep any records of your credit card number, once we have processed the sale
this information is destroyed. We do not nor at any time will we sell or let any
third party have access to your name, address, phone/fax number or Email
address. We may however from time to time, Email you advising of any new
products or specials. If you don't want to be contacted about products or
specials simply make this request in the special instruction section of the
order.
